Pawel Jozkow MD, PhD

I am a graduate of the Wroclaw Medical University. I am specially interested in endocrinology and andrology. Since my student rotations, through the postgraduate training and the PhD fellowship I closely cooperate with the Chair and Department of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Isotope Treatment of the Wroclaw Medical University. I was an associate professor and the head of the Department of Sports Medicine & Dietetics at the University School of Physical Education (Wroclaw).

  1. 1990-1996  – medical studies (Wroclaw Medical University, Faculty of Medicine)
  2. 1996-1997 – postgraduate rotation (Wroclaw hospitals)
  3. 1997-1998 – resident (Strzelin District Hospital)
  4. 1998-2003 – PhD fellow (Chair and Dept. of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Isotope Treatment, Wroclaw Medical University)
  5. 2001 – first degree specialist in internal medicine (Lower Silesian Governor’s Office)
  6. 2003 – second degree specialist in internal medicine (Medical Exams Centre in Lodz)
  7. 2003 – PhD  in medical sciences: ‘Hormonal markers of aging in men with laryngeal carcinoma’ (Wroclaw Medical University)
  8. 2011 -2014  training in endocrinology (Chair and Dept. of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Isotope Treatment, Wroclaw Medical University)
  9. 2014 – assistant professor (granted by the Central Commission for Academic Titles and Degrees)
  10. 2003-2018 – associate professor and the head of the Department of Sports Medicine & Dietetics (University School of Physical Education, Wroclaw)
